Choose to be Unstoppable!!
In yoga this week, we talked about obstacles and how sometimes we can be our worst enemies. Our fears, judgments, and doubts often weigh so heavy within the body and mind that they create these roadblocks that we may not even know exist. We limit ourselves rather than reach for our potential.
Yoga can help you release these roadblocks and open up your lines of energy to create a direct path to your authentic self. As you move and breathe through each stretch, inhale light and trust into the body and mind, release your doubts, and release your concerns that you are not good enough.
See the beauty in your poses; see your potential. Appreciate where you are and how far you have come. Celebrate your accomplishments! If you can’t make it to yoga this week, take a walk. Feel the movement of your body, the strength in your legs; connect to your breath and the sounds around you. Breathe in the moment, breathe in your potential, breathe in trust for who you are.
Release the limits you have put upon yourself.
Make the intent to start your day with the phrase “I choose to be unstoppable!” What a fantastic intent for your day!! And keep this in mind…
