Despite my love of traveling, I have lived in Charleston my whole life. I fell in love with Yoga in 2011 and have been practicing ever since. I’m a true Sagittarius at heart. A passionate, adventurous truth seeker. I love anything that expands my mind and am always striving to learn as much as I can about life.

I received my 200 hour certification to teach in 2014 and continue to learn every day.

Music, books, and just talking with people in general.

Probably vacation. I find a million little things to do at home. I love seeing new places, and I always love coming home.

I want everyone to feel inspired, loved, and safe.

I danced competitively for about 4 years and it was definitely my first love. I still take the opportunity to dance any and everywhere I can. There is something about it that makes me feel so free, which happens to be one of my favorite feelings in the world ✨.

I love how fiery and passionate I am. And my intention to always live my life in a way that’s in alignment with my truth.
