  • In 2020, I received my 200 hour-RYT from Sculpted Lotus Yoga. I fell in love with yoga because it taught me how to get out of my head and start connecting with my body. Yoga helped me learn how to stop taking everything so seriously and start living in the present moment. Cultivating a yoga practice switched my itch for perfection to endless curiosity and radical self acceptance. I decided to become a yoga teacher in hopes of sharing some of the lessons I learned on the mat, some of the wisdom I have gained off the mat, and the passion that I have for yoga with others..”

  • Watching my students finally land a challenging pose, my dog’s happy trot that he does when he catches the ball mid air, my cat’s resounding purr, hugs from loved ones, laughter, feeling the sun on my skin. Connecting with nature-whether I’m surrounded by trees or the ocean. People who maintain gratitude and optimism despite adversity.

  • I love cruising around on my longboard, surfing, playing fetch with my dog, and cuddling with my cat. I’m also a huge fan of live music and spicy jalapeño margaritas.
