A sunshine chasing, animal loving, travel obsessed, open-minded yogi who wants nothing more than to share her passions with the world. I consider myself a healer to others, but who is also healing and evolving through her truth. Yin yoga is at the core of my being, and with that comes all variations of different yoga styles. Yoga is for every BODY who wants to step onto their mat, and different styles will speak to your soul in ways you’ve never thought imaginable. As one of my fellow yogis has said to me before, “the body is just a meat suit!”, and what really matters is your soul.

In 2016, I received my 200-hour RYT through the wonderful Ancient Roots Yoga School here in Charleston, SC. From there, I traveled and moved around, finding myself back in the beautiful city of Charleston. This past summer I traveled to Costa Rica to experience a 50-hour C.E. retreat specializing in Yin yoga and the profound positive effects it can have on the body.

First and foremost, I am inspired by my brother Connor who passed away in 2019. With the beauty of life, so comes tragedies, and through this specific tragedy I have realized how fragile life is. I have kept my brother’s legacy alive through sharing my passions, living fully and cherishing all the small moments. Other inspirations within my life include my connection to nature, spirituality, love, family, community, and strong, boss-like women.

When I am in need of relaxing and recentering, I find myself indulging in nature walks with my dogs and yin yoga. Movement of the body, however gentle, has always been my go-to.

Everyday I wake up with the intention to share my soul's purpose and to always be a student willing to learn. Through this, I hope to continuously evolve and grow.

Growing up, I rode horses for 15 years and this is where I truly found my passion and roots with animals, nature and community. Connection is everything.

My spirit and courage to never give up, keep climbing that mountain called life, and have faith.

“There is a life force within your soul, seek that life. There is a gem in the mountain of your body, seek that mine. Oh, traveler if you are in search of that, don’t look outside, look inside yourself and seek that.” - Rumi
