• Namaste! I’m Anna! I’m a Charleston transplant from Connecticut and I’ve been here almost four years. I’ve fallen in love with the laid back lifestyle here in Charleston and am honored to be able to share my love for my home and my practice with my students!

  • I discovered yoga in college while looking for ways to manage anxiety. I got hooked and got my 200 hour from M.Power yoga in Baltimore Maryland in 2020. My training went virtual in March and carried me through the early months of COVID and quarantine. Three years later I completed my 300 hour intensive through school yoga institute in Montezuma Costa Rica.  I’ve been teaching for 4 years across studios and gyms and am always seeking to learn more about this beautiful practice!

  • Travel! The world is so big and I want to go explore some of it! I learn so much every time I experience a place and culture different from my own.  There is so much beauty out there, I can’t get enough of it

  • Spending the day at the beach with good friends, a good surf, and a good margarita!

  • My intention is to create a space of peace and love where all are welcome to explore and play, so that when you step off the mat you do so with a little extra light and joy!

  • In addition to yoga I’m also an elementary special education teacher!

  • I love my free-spiritedness and my sense of adventure! I love that I see beauty in the world around me and that I see every day as a gift to be treasured!

  • “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world.” -Marianne Williamson
